Torindul Designs today launched the brand new and visually pleasing website for the Signature Viceroy Indian Restaurant, 98 Middle Street, Yeovil. Luthfur, co-founder of the Viceroy Restaurants Group and his team wanted a website to capture the true culture of India and really show off the explosion of taste that is on offer, in addition to showcasing the relaxed environment in the restaurant. Both the team at Torindul Designs and the Signature Viceroy management team believe we have achieved this.
The new website which replaced the existing black and grey design (see “Old Website Design” below) hopes to capture the users attention and offer further interaction in the form of an automated system which manages reservations, restaurant reviews, complaints and customer enquiries. Additionally Torindul re-compiled an already existing Virtual Tour which allows a customer to view the restaurant with an interactive element on the website, viewing both the downstairs and upstairs dining areas. (See “Virtual Tour” below).
Furthermore, to introduce customers to their new websites, the staff at the Signature Viceroy requested an introductory animation whereby their logo was written with pen or similar writing untensil. The final animation, which you can see below immeadiatley informs the user they are viewing the correct website due to the emphasis on the logo font size. After the animation, it redirects the customer to the website homepage. (See Animation Below)
