Friday, December 4th, 2009Investment in Unrivaled Hosting Infrastructure
Tuesday, December 1st, 2009Our new years resolution for 2009 was to bring our customers websites from our Data Centre racks in the United States to the United Kingdom. Regardless of the increase in cost, we saw this as a huge priority to keep on top of the increasing bandwidth demands from our clientbase websites. No longer do our customers have to wait for their website to travel the world before reaching them…, they simply hit-enter and its there right in front of their eyes.
We can now confirm, in December 2009 that we have seen significant increase in traffic volume to our clientbase websites following this move which makes us even happier. This year Google made changes to its searching formulae and it now also takes the speed of the network of which a website is hosted into account in addition to the downtime of such services. We can proudly announce that our servers have had higher uptime throughout 2009 (May – November) than those of our local competitors, creating a truly unrivaled network for businesses within the southwest.
